Shipping policy

Royal Mail collect our parcels at 4:30pm every working day (Monday to Friday). Our average order processing time is 1-2 working days, this excludes weekends. Customer tracking numbers are sent automatically via our system, usually at around 5pm when Royal Mail have collected.

We ship customer parcels either by Tracked Royal Mail 48 (£3.50, which arrive in 2-3 working days) or Tracked Royal Mail 24 (£6.50, which arrive in 1-2 working days). We also offer an £11.50 option which is Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm the next working day.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, but we will do all we can to help.

If a customer order is displaying as 'delivered' but the customer hasn't received it, we are happy to raise in investigation with Royal Mail. They have the ability to check the GPS of the scanner at the time of 'scanned delivery'. If this is not at the customers address, they will accept a claim. If it shows at the customers address, they will not accept a claim. We rule with Royal Mail & cannot refund an order that Royal Mail will not accept a claim for.

If a customer suspects their parcel to be lost, we ask them to contact us in the first instance & we will speak with Royal Mail on their behalf. Royal Mail normally accept the parcel is 'lost' after 15 working days (3 weeks), & will enable us to claim for the item. In this instance we can either refund the customer or offer a like for like replacement that the customer has assured us that they're happy with.
